You sit between the client and the engineering team: understanding what a bank actually needs, writing it down precisely, and making sure what we ship matches what was agreed.
What you'll do
- Run discovery sessions with clients and document requirements
- Write clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Map existing business processes and identify what is worth automating
- Support UAT and coordinate client sign-off
- Keep scope, timelines and expectations aligned across both sides
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a BA on software delivery projects
- Excellent written English — most of this job is precise writing
- Comfortable reading API documentation and data models
- Confident facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
Nice to have
- Banking, payments or insurance domain experience
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP implementations
- BPMN or process-modelling experience
