Clobe (Pvt) Ltd builds fintech products for the Sri Lankan market — digital identity, verification and bank onboarding under our AnyBanq product line. We're an AI-first team: automation and AI tooling run through everything we build and everything we ship.
This is an internship for someone starting out in digital marketing. You'll work on real campaigns for real products from your first week, and learn how fintech is marketed when the audience is both banks and the people who bank with them.
What you'll do
- Plan and publish posts across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Draft content — social posts, blog articles, newsletters and website copy — using AI tools to move faster
- Design simple social creatives in Canva or Figma
- Help set up and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google
- Track what's working and put together a short weekly report
- Support SEO — keyword research, page updates and tracking where we rank
- Join meetings on-site from time to time, and support the business development team with research, presentation material and follow-ups
What we're looking for
- No prior experience required. Studying or recently graduated in marketing, business, mass media, IT or a related field — or simply a genuine interest in the work
- Good written English. Most of what you produce will be words
- Comfortable on social media, and curious about why some posts work and others don't
- Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or keen to learn them properly
- Anything you've made — a page you ran, posts you designed, a blog — is a plus, not a requirement
Tools can be learned. We're looking for the curiosity to ask why something worked.
