Clobe (Pvt) Ltd builds fintech products for the Sri Lankan market — digital identity, passwordless authentication and payment platforms under our AnyBanq product line. We're an AI-first team: automation and AI tooling run through everything we build and everything we ship.
We're looking for one person to own both sides of how our products reach the market: the campaigns and the creative. If you can plan a launch and then design the assets for it yourself, this is your role.
What you'll do — marketing
- Build and run go-to-market campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and Google
- Write product content — website copy, blogs, launch announcements, social
- SEO, email outreach and AI-assisted lead generation
- Track what converts and report on it honestly
What you'll do — creative
- Product branding, social creatives, pitch decks and investor material
- Keep the visual identity consistent across our product suite
- Support UI/UX for web and mobile products
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in marketing, design, or a role that covered both
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools — ChatGPT/Claude for copy and research, and AI-assisted design workflows. We expect you to move faster because of them, not slower.
- Design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva — we care that the output is good, not which tool made it
- Comfortable writing in English
- Portfolio required — we shortlist on work, not CVs
You won't be equally strong at marketing and design. Tell us which is your strength; we'll build around it.

- Hybrid — work remotely, with two days a month at our Colombo office (World Trade Centre)
